GRASS FED LAMB REVIEWS:
"Some of the better lamb that we have had - not at all gamey"-M & S Larsen
"Last night, we tried both cuts of lamb and it was so delicious! I prepared the shoulder lamb in a slow cooker and it was so juicy and tender. I did some research and most of the recipes required cooking at low temperature for a long time so I used the slower cooker then served it with gravy. It was very flavourful and had really nice lamb flavour. I noticed that it didn't have certain smell that store bought lamb has. It smelled and tasted clean. For the lamb chops, I pan fried them and it was the best lamb chops we've ever had. My oldest son loves meat in general and he said the lamb chop was one of the best meats he's ever had. He said it was perfect even liked the fat. My younger son usually does not like lamb because he finds it too gamey, but he loved your lamb chops and he had two chops. He also really enjoyed the roast. We are so thrilled that you have grass fed lamb now and I can't wait to order it. Please let me know when it is ready for sale. Thank you again for sharing such precious meat with us. We loved it." - M.C.
