1 of our mild, tender, grass fed lambs. Price is $9/lb on the hanging weight. (Actual weight of product received is approx 75-80% of the hanging weight) Whole lambs are cut and wrapped in butcher paper, and usually* include: 4 shoulder roasts, 4 leg roasts, 8-10 pkgs chops, 2 lamb loins, 2 spare ribs, 1 pkg stew meat, 4 shanks OR soup bones, and organs (heart, kidneys, liver) if desired
