1/2 of one of our tender, mild, grass fed lambs. Price is $10/lb on the hanging weight. (Actual weight of product received is approx 75-80% of the hanging weight) Half lambs are cut and wrapped in butcher paper, and usually* include: 2 shoulder roasts, 2 leg roasts, 4-5 pkgs chops, 1 lamb loin, 1 spare ribs, 2 shanks.
